Fees

These rates are for walks that repeat each week. For example, mid-day walks on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week are "Regular" walks and would be charged $19.50/walk. These prescheduled walks make all our scheduling easier so we can pass savings to you. You aren't locked in though, and occasional changes are fine, but reducing walks during a week will result in a price increase if it moves your schedule to another tier.

If you need walks on a varying schedule, see our occasional walks below. We may be able to offer some discounts from our occasional rates if you need several walks per week on a varying schedule.

Please note that services and service times are limited due to changes in our work due to COVID, including demand and staffing. Walks occasionally may be available on weekends, mornings (before 10:00), and evenings (after 4:00), subject to a surcharge. 20 minute walks generally are not available during these times. 
Walks on weekends and holidays before 10:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. may incur both weekend/holiday and after-hours fees.

Holidays sometimes book up fast, so please contact us early. Observed Holidays (Holiday Rates are applicable through the related holiday weekend): New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day.

Our standard arrival window is 3 hours. If you would like to shorten this, we may be able to do so but will need to charge a fee since we'll be working someone's scheduled walks around your needs. Puppies under six months, some senior dogs, and walks during off-peak hours may be accommodated at no extra charge, as well as clients requesting more than one walk in a day.

*Late payment fees begin accruing 60 days after the payment due date of an invoice as follows: at 60 days past payment due date, the greater of a $10 fee or 5% fo the invoice total. Each subsequent 30-day period incurs an additional late charge. 

​

Cancellation fees for walks: 50% if cancelled after noon on the day prior to services; 100% if cancelled after 6:00 p.m. on the day prior to services. Weekend and holiday services are non-refundable. Regular clients receive one complimentary cancellation per calendar quarter. 

Cancellation fees for pet sitting: 100% for weekend services; 50% for weekday services; 100% if cancelled after 12:00 pm (noon) two days prior to start. 

Pet sitting appointments require a 50% deposit.
