Rates drop as you book more walks each week, and most clients pay between $20 and $26 a walk. The meet & greet is always free.
We usually require at least two walks per week to set up a new account.

- 20 minutes. Perfect for the pup that needs a couple of short breaks.
- 30 minutes. Ideal for puppies or young dogs, with more time and attention.
- 60 minutes. For energetic dogs that need to burn off some energy.
An example: 30-minute mid-day walks every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are regular walks at $24 each, or $72 a week. These pre-scheduled, consistent walks make planning and staffing easier, so we can pass the savings to you.
You aren’t locked in, and occasional changes are fine. Booking fewer walks in a week will raise the price if it moves your schedule to another tier, and frequent changes may mean walks are priced at the occasional rate.

Weekends and after-hours. Walks are usually available on weekends, mornings before 10:00 and evenings after 5:00, subject to a surcharge. 20-minute walks generally aren’t available at these times.
Holidays. Holiday rates apply through the related holiday weekends for Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. Peak holiday rates apply to visits during the Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s holidays, including the holiday weekends; they let us pay staff a premium for being available. Recurring walks are not automatically scheduled on these holidays. Holidays nearly always book up fast, and if they don’t, we give our staff the time off, so please book early.
VIP arrival window. Our standard arrival window is three hours. If you’d like a shorter one, we may be able to arrange it for a fee, since we’ll be working the schedule around your needs. For mid-day walks, this would be 11:00–1:00 or 12:00–2:00. Puppies under six months, some senior dogs, walks during off-peak hours, and clients requesting more than one walk a day may get a shorter window at no extra charge.
Cancellation policy

A manager comes to your home, meets your dog, and talks through what you need. No cost, no commitment.
Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We usually reply right away, and nearly always the same business day. Messages that come in late are answered the next business day, though we try to respond right away to anything urgent.
