These rates are for walks that repeat each week. For example, 30-minute, mid-day walks on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week are "Regular" walks and would be charged $23/walk. These pre-scheduled, consistent walks make planning and staffing easier so we can pass savings to you. You aren't locked in, and occasional changes are fine; however decreasing the number of walks during a week will result in a price increase if it moves your schedule to another tier. Frequent changes may result in walks being priced at the occasional rate.

*These fees allow us to pay staff a premium for being available during holidays. This is applicable to visits during the Christmas Holiday, Thanksgiving Holiday, and New Years Holiday, including the holiday weekends. Note that recurring walks are NOT automatically scheduled for these holidays.

Walks usually are available on weekends, mornings before 10:00, and evenings (after 5:00), subject to a surcharge. 20 minute walks generally are not available during these times.
Holidays do book up fast, so please contact us early. Certain Holidays incur a holiday surcharge (Holiday Rates are applicable through the related holiday weekend): New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day. Holidays nearly always book up fast, and if they don't we provide our staff with time off. Please book early to ensure availability.
*Our standard arrival window is 3 hours. If you would like to shorten this, we may be able to do so but will need to charge a fee since we'll be working the schedule around your needs. For mid-day walks, this would be 11:00 - 1:00 or 12:00 - 2:00. Puppies under six months, some senior dogs, and walks during off-peak hours may be accommodated with no extra charge, as well as clients requesting more than one walk in a day.
Late payment fees begin accruing 60 days after the payment due date of an invoice as follows: at 60 days past payment due date, the greater of a $10 fee or 5% of the invoice total. Each subsequent 30-day period incurs an additional late charge.
Cancellation Policies: To assist with staffing and scheduling, the following cancellation policies apply.
Regularly Scheduled Walks:
50% if canceled after 12:00 noon on the day prior to services.
100% if canceled after 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to services.
Occasionally Scheduled Walks:
50% if canceled after 12:00 noon 2 days before the service.
100% if canceled after 12:00 noon one day before the service.
Weekend Services:
20% if canceled at any point after booking (regardless of how far in advance).
50% if canceled after 12:00 noon Tuesday before the service.
100% if canceled after 12:00 noon the Thursday before the service.
Holiday services are non-refundable.
Regular clients receive one complimentary cancellation per calendar quarter.
Pet sitting appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 100% charge for cancellations made after noon 4 days prior to start of services.
