Most of our walks happen on weekdays in the middle of the day. Once your schedule is set, you’ll have a primary walker who gets to know your dog and handles most of your visits.
We work as a team to prevent gaps in service when your walker is off or unavailable. Another trained member of our team covers the walk, and if your walker leaves us, we’ll match you with a new primary walker. The more regular your schedule, the more consistent your walker will be.
Walkers arrive within a three-hour window. If you need a shorter window, we can often arrange one for a small fee.
Your dog gets the walker’s full attention, every time.
Start and stop times, the GPS-tracked route, notes from your walker, and photos from the walk.
We love pets. It’s why we do what we do, and your pup will get plenty of attention.
We follow your instructions for feeding, water, crates, and gates, so your dog’s day stays the same when we’re there.
We’ve helped a lot of pups that our clients have described as “difficult.” With the right equipment and handling, most dogs enjoy their walks even more.
At first we may use different equipment, take additional time, or change parts of the routine. In some cases your pup may need additional training, and we can recommend great trainers. Our goal is to make every walk as safe as possible, and we only use positive reinforcement.
Going away? Your dog stays home, with three 30-minute visits a day. For our regular walking clients.
